Health Outreach Nurses

Meeting you where you are at

The Health Outreach Team is a group of specialized nurses who provide screening, treatment and support services for blood borne infections like HIV. We can come to you or you can come to us. Our services are available to all communities in the Interior Health region.

We offer safe, confidential, and free services including:

  • HIV and hepatitis information and education
  • Prevention and harm reduction services
  • HIV and hepatitis screening and testing
  • Counselling and referrals
  • Connection to community resources, care and treatment
